Our school has an organized and reliable evaluation process that consistently reports to the different stakeholders how the academic processes are evolving. Within the improvement processes, joint work was carried out with leaders of different levels to analyze and study different platforms that would allow us to carry out a more precise monitoring of the evaluations and rubrics that we use. Alma is our current platform. The evaluation policies and rubrics that are used are shared, and within the annual calendar the moments of preparation, evaluation and results feedback are determined, which also includes communicating with our students about their progress. We continue working on the data unification collection and monitoring processes and formats over time in each section, as well as improving the evaluation policies and the rubrics that are currently in place.
