Our school recognizes the importance and allows the active participation of the different stakeholders in leadership activities. Active participation of all stakeholders is an important part of our institutional culture and we understand that it is a key piece for the development of our students, teachers and other members of the community. We have different opportunities, events, groups, organizations and activities that allow our students, parents and teachers to develop their leadership skills, propose, express ideas, make their voices heard. We continue to work on systematic and organized monitoring of everything the school does as leadership opportunities to obtain solid and systematic data over time that allows us to continue optimizing processes.
